Join us as we travel to the scenic Yorkshire Dales, for a fantastic 2 day break with the opportunity to enjoy-stepping into the EMMERDALE VILLAGE at the outdoor TV set, for an unforgettable experience taking a behind the scenes look. A tour of the tv village, based on the Harewood estate near Leeds, where the exterior scenes of Britain’s second- longest running, popular and much loved soap are filmed, this will include all your favourites such as THE WOOLPACK, CAFE MAINSTREET, & DAVID’S SHOP. If time allows there will also be a stop off at the fabulous, Tingley Garden Centre, just south of Leeds with its Blooms Kitchen cafe, Hearty’s food-hall & cook shop, all your flower & garden supplies, gifts, plus the magical Christmas shop & decorations before arriving at your hotel for the evening.
Your stay this evening will be at the AA 4* Cedar Court Hotel in Huddersfield, tea/coffee on arrival, then after you have settled into your room, your evening dinner will be served, choice of 3 courses with tea/coffee included. Now you can relax, chat, use the hotels facilities, complimentary wi-fi, enjoy the the new sports bar & games room ‘The Dugout’ or enjoy this free time with family and friends having an early evening drink in the bar, before retiring to your comfy en-suite rooms.
After a hearty breakfast your next port of call will be the picturesque market town of SKIPTON, with its cobbled streets, canal boats, traditional shops, stalls, galleries, tearooms, cafes, plus its vibrant atmosphere, truly a jewel in Yorkshire’s Crown. Oh! and did I mention it’s market day. yah!!
