Our excursion today begins at Yorkshire’s most important secular building, this Grade 1 listed building built in 1779 with its precious architecture is truly a cultural phenomenon & is absolutely unique also it’s the only remaining GEORGIAN cloth hall in Europe. Piece Hall is one of Britain’s most outstanding Georgian buildings, this sprawling 18th century cloth hall in HALIFAX now houses history exhibits, retail outlets selling clothes, toys, collectables, gifts, homeware, books, gin, Christmas shop, cafes, bars and deli’s. Learn all there is to know as you wander round this amazing building & fascinating venue. Not to be missed !
