This is a truly delightful and enchanting day excursion, as the weather gets warmer February is the perfect time to enjoy the Snowdrops!!  You can wander through the stunning 78 acres of parkland and marvel at the vast displays of flowers, as millions of the tiny white snowdrops raise their heads and bloom throughout the impressive  parklands of the Magnificent Lytham Hall releasing their delicate fragrance. You may wish to take a picnic as you wander round these stupendous grounds, woodlands & formal gardens. You may be tempted to purchase some stunning plants from the Garden Centre, pick up a treasure from the Antique stall or visit the pets corner.

The historic TOUR of the Stunning 18th century grade 1 listed GEORGIAN Lytham Hall , first recorded in the Domesday Book of 1086 as LIDUN, gives an insight into the history of this former Manor, held by the colourful Clifton family from 1606 -1963, –  who were also accused of conspiracy during the Lancashire plot to restore JAMES II to the throne, we are sure you will be delighted with your visit, as each room has been loving restored and gives an outstanding account of life for the Clifton family through the generations. Visit the restored rooms used during  WW1 as a military hospital, the room which became the Guardian Royal Exchange Assurance offices.  There’s so much to see & learn, & after all that try out the delicious menu’s in the cafe & tearoom, as a welcome break, both serving freshly made hot & cold lunches, snacks & homemade cakes.  Book early to avoid disappointment.
